5 Becker Farm is one of the buildings that is competing with the surrounding other buildings for tenants, and they needed to update their curb appeal.

The exterior facade was in need of caulking and EIFIS repairs.

We completed recaulking, EIFIS repairs, powerwashed the outside of the building, & recoated the building.

It included evicting a family of birds that weren't paying rent.
